Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris
By booking a tour with Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
1. Booking and Reservation
1.1 All bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or by phone.
1.2 A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received, and you have received a confirmation email.
1.3 The balance of the tour price is due X days before the tour departure. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
1.4 Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris reserves the right to decline any booking request.
2. Payments
2.1 Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other available methods specified at the time of booking.
2.2 A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due as specified in the booking confirmation.
2.3 If the balance is not paid on time, Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations by the Customer:
- If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the tour departure date, a refund of the deposit minus administrative fees will be issued.
- If you cancel within 1 days of the tour departure, no refund will be provided.
3.2 Cancellations by Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris: - In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or safety concerns, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
- Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris is not responsible for any incidental costs, including but not limited to flights or accommodations, incurred due to tour cancellations.
4. Changes to Itinerary
4.1 Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris reserves the right to alter the itinerary if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political situations, or safety concerns.
4.2 We will make every effort to inform you of any changes to the itinerary in advance and provide alternative solutions if possible.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are in good physical health and able to participate in the tour activities.
5.2 Any medical conditions or dietary restrictions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
5.3 Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris reserves the right to refuse participation in any activity if safety concerns arise.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the tour, except as required by law.
6.2 It is strongly recommended that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical, cancellation, and baggage loss prior to their trip.
6.3 Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during the tour.
7. Conduct and Behavior
7.1 Customers are expected to behave respectfully and follow all instructions from guides and staff during the tour.
7.2 Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris reserves the right to remove any customer from the tour if their behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or failures to perform resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Personal Data
9.1 By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of personal data provided for the purpose of fulfilling your booking and tour arrangements, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
10.2 Any disputes arising from your booking with Zanzibar Marab Tours and Safaris shall be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, in the appropriate courts of Tanzania.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
